All our quotations will be made in U.S. Dollar and not including shipping cost by default. You can require the quotations in other currencies and to include the shipping cost if you can tell the order quantity you need to buy.
Order will be proceeded as soon as we receive your payment or down payment. Order only be shipped after we receive your full payment.
We accept Bank Transfer, Payapl/credit/debit cards(VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, ect.), Western Union, Moneygram and L/C at sight.
Sample can be sent upon request. We will charge a courier cost because we will send by couriers, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS. If you need a customized sample, we will also charge a sample fee which depends on your sample requirement. If the sample requested is in our stock, we won't charge sample fee.
Our shipping time will range from 4-15 days for different items. Some items have longer production times, some have less.
The delivery times we offered are not including the transport time by the shipping company. We can give you an estimated time of transportation upon your request.
The shipping methods we will use are couriers, air or boat, depending on your order quantity.
Your logo can be printed, hot-stamped, embroidered and debossed onto your goods if the material is applicable. You need to send your logo file in AI or CDR or PDF format for block setup.
Your goods will be packed in poly bags and cartons by default. Per customer request we can arrange special packaging production with customer's company name or logo.
We check all items before shipment. If you find the items are faulty or damaged, you must inform us within 5 days of receipt of the goods. We will either repair or replace the defective goods.
All orders are considered firm after issuing invoice or signing sales contract. Cancellations are not accepted.
