How to order from you?
First, you need to send us an inquiry or message regarding your request, such as sizes, colors, styles, etc. You can send either through our website or directly email us. Please refer to this link: How To Order for more details.
Is there a minimum order quantity or amount that I have to buy?
There is no minimum order amount you have to reach, but there is indeed a minimum order quantity you have to buy. It depends on which items. We have different minimum order quantity policy for each item. Please inquire us on the items you need to buy.
Why are there no prices on your website?
Since most of our products need to be customized according to customer requirements, it's impractical to set prices without knowing the demands of customers first.
How long will it take to finish an order?
Our lead time varies depending on which items you have bought. Some items need more time to finish, some need less.
How do you ship my order?
You can specify the shipping method you like. If you don't specify, normally,
for samples and small orders, we will ship by couriers, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS,
for medium orders, we will ship by air,
for large orders, we will ship by sea.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal or credit/debit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover. etc. We also accept Western Union, Moneygram and Bank Transfer.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, it's safe to pay on our website. The payment page is encrypted with SSL. No information will be leaked or altered.
What currency do you accept?
We accept 17 currencies. Our quotation will be in USD by default. The currencies we accept are:

What are your payment terms?
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment or down payment. Order only be shipped after we receive your full payment.
What are your return policies?
If the items you ordered from us are faulty or damaged, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of the goods. We will either repair or replace the defective goods.
Can you do custom orders? If yes, how to do it?
Yes, we can. Just send us photos or samples or tell us the specifications you need, such as sizes, colors, fabrics, printings, etc.
If I send you a picture or sample, can you make a copy exactly as my picture or sample?
Yes, this is no problem.
I need sample, do you charge for samples?
For the samples we have in stock, we will not charge you sample cost, we only charge a courier cost because we will send the sample by couriers. If you need to make samples exactly as per your sample, design or specifications, we will charge you a sample fee plus the courier cost. The sample fee depends on your sample or specification requirement.
What's the largest and smallest sizes you can do?
We have no largest or smallest size restriction. We can do any sizes.
What file format do you need to set up the printing?
Just send your logo in AI, CDR or PDF format. It will be better if you can convert all the fonts to outline or curves.
How many colors can you print?
9 colors at most.
In addition to printing, is there any other methods to get my logo onto my goods?
We can also embroider, hot-stamp and deboss your logo.
